Our Youth Fitness Program is a specialized program to develop the young body combining a Core and Balance Program with Speed Agilities and body weight exercises. We work to improve body mechanics as well as running technique to increase the coordination of the body to improve speed and body control when moving in all directions. This requires a lot of action, so young athletes will definitely get fit. We incorporate a plethora of “fun fitness” toys in this system (stability balls, resistance bands, TRX training, wobble boards, ropes, slide boards, agility ladders, banana hurdles, step boxes and our Reaction Coach Device). This is a great way for our kids to have fun, develop coordination and get fit.
