The Hill

The Hill is a 33 degree inflatable incline conditioning tool designed specifically to replace stadium steps and traditional hill training. This new training device eliminates the high impact pounding on our feet, knees and hips associated with stadium steps or hard-ground hill training.

We have completely taken away the element of weather from the equation. Let it rain, freeze or be 100 degrees outside, because we can take this inside and train in a controlled environment on any type of gymnasium floor including basic concrete.

Mick had this Hill customized with additional, specific attachments sewn on the sides and back which are utilized for training with TRX’s, straps, cords and various band training. The back is also used for plyometric training with medicine balls and other training modalities.

This innovative training device has also proven to be an integral part of many sports teams for specific conditioning drills and injury prevention. The softer surface increases muscular activity to the stabilizing muscles, tendons and ligaments of the ankles, knees and hip while performing movements which enhances the strength and durability of the joints.
